No, we are an online business and do not have a physical storefront.
What are your business hours?

We are open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CST). Saturday 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (CST) We are closed on Sundays and Holidays.
What types of products do you offer?

We offer a wide range of products including Cattle tags, Powder coated insulated drinkware, Leather Patch hats, Miranda warning cards, cutting boards, Team Spirit gifts and more. We work with a variety of materials, including powder-coated drinkware, wood, leather, glass, acrylic, metal business cards and Ritchey Universal engravable Cattle tags.
How do I place an order?

Browse Products: Start by browsing our products selecting the “Shop Now” in the category of choice. Select Items: Select your desired items, click “Buy Now” and choose the available options for each product, such as size and color. Review Your Cart: Click on the cart icon to review your selections. You can adjust quantities or remove items here. Checkout: Click "Checkout" and enter your shipping and payment information. Shipping & Delivery: Review your order details and click "Place Order" to complete the purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
How will I know if my order was successfully placed?

How long does it take for my order to process?

What types of Shipping/Delivery do you offer?

We offer two types of options for getting you your order. Please ensure you select your delivery method at checkout. · We offer standard flat-rate shipping (shipping times and costs vary based on your location). · Local pickup: 1st on Threads, at 117 W. 4th St. Justin, Tx. 76247. Pickup dates are Monday – Friday from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
How can I track my order?

· Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. · If local pickup is selected, you will receive a pick up notification when your order is ready
